Volume 2: Team Villains (235pp, retail $20): Groups of villains (usually of roughly equal power) who band together to commit more profitable crimes, protect one another, and perhaps even take over the world.
Volume 3: Solo Villains (336pp, retail $28.50): Villains who aren't part of a specific team, who work as mercenaries for whoever can pay them, or who just prefer to keep to themselves.
